摘　　要：医院信息化已经成为医院实现精细化管理的必要路径,是医院核心竞争力的综合体现。现代化医院进行信息化建设是医院发展的必由之路。本文分析和总结医院信息化建设和发展中存在的主要问题,并结合自身知识,对医院管理理念、人才培养和未来发展提出自己的观点与相应对策,希望能对医院信息化建设和发展做出自身的贡献。The hospital information has become the necessary path for the hospital to realize the better management,it is the comprehensive reflection of the core competence of the hospital.The modernization hospital is the only way for the development of the hospital.This paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems existing in the construction and development of the hospital information,and puts forward his own opinions and corresponding countermeasures to the hospital management idea,personnel training and future development,and hopes to make its own contribution to the construction and development of hospital information.
