青光眼激光治疗现状研究

摘　　要：激光治疗因其微创、非穿透、效果确切、风险及并发症较少的特点,广泛应用于眼科诊疗。近年来随着激光技术的发展及临床应用的深入,更多种类的激光应用于眼科疾病的诊疗之中,已成为抗青光眼治疗的重要手段。其旨在结构上解决房水循环问题,简化并替代了部分传统手术,也为部分因伴有严重肾脏及过敏疾病而无法应用药物降眼压治疗的患者提供了更好地选择方案。笔者对目前用于治疗青光眼的激光种类、性质、作用原理、适应症、临床效果及并发症进行综述。Laser therapy is widely used in ophthalmology because of its minimally invasive,non-penetrating,effective,less risk and less complications.In recent years,with the development of laser technology and the development of clinical application,more and more kinds of laser have been used in the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases,which has become an important means of anti-glaucoma treatment.It aims to solve the problem of aqueous humor circulation,simplify and replace some traditional surgery,and provide a better choice for some patients who can not be treated with drugs to reduce intraocular pressure due to severe kidney and allergic diseases.The types,properties,principles,indications,clinical effects and complications of laser in the treatment of glaucoma are reviewed in this paper.
