摘　　要：结直肠癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率逐年升高,手术治疗是最有效的治疗方法,而吻合口瘘依然是结直肠癌患者术后最严重、最常见的并发症,尤其在结肠和直肠间的吻合。本文通过对近期国内外相关研究进行总结,以期望降低吻合口的发生率及死亡率。Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract.Its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year.Surgical treatment is the most effective treatment,and anastomotic fistula is still the most serious and common complication in patients with colorectal cancer.Especially in the anastomosis between colon and rectum.This paper summarizes the recent researches at home and abroad in order to reduce the incidence and mortality of anastomotic stoma.
