改良型超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术对老年性白内障的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良型超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术对老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月佳木斯市中心医院眼科治疗的老年性白内障患者77例为研究对象,共计83只眼,对患者进行改良型超声乳化结合人工晶体植入术,观察患者治疗前、后的平均视力和平均眼压等眼内情况;生活质量改善情况;并发症发生情况。结果治疗前后,患者的平均眼压(40.02±4.01vs12.31±3.22)mm Hg、平均视力(0.11±0.03vs0.67±0.12)d对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗前后社会功能(15.67±2.74vs23.47±1.82)分、生理功能(14.74±3.83vs22.82±2.19)分、角色功能(13.67±4.93vs21.83±3.29)分、总体健康生活质量评分(15.84±2.92vs21.92±2.87)分比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良型超声乳化结合人工晶体植入术,在老年性白内障患者中疗效可靠,是一种安全有效的治疗手段,有效改善患者的眼压及视力情况,并且并发症发生较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods The senile cataract patients from January 2015 to December 2016 in Jiamusi Central Hospital treatment of 77 cases as the research object,a total of 83 eyes of patients were improved,phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,the mean visual acuity intraocular intraocular pressure were observed and the patients before and after treatment;quality of life;complications.Results Before and after treatment,the mean intraocular pressure(40.02±4.01vs12.31±3.22)mmHgand average vision(0.11±0.03vs0.67±0.12)d were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The social function of patients before and after treatment(15.67±2.74vs23.47±1.82)points,physiological function(14.74±3.83vs22.82±2.19)points,role function(13.67±4.93vs21.83±3.29)points,the overall health quality of life score(15.84±2.92vs21.92±2.87)points,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation in senile cataract patients in curative effect is reliable,is a safe and effective treatment,effectively improve the intraocular pressure and visual acuity of patients,and low complication,it is worthy of clinical application.
