摘  要:目的采用Meta分析方法对醒脑静注射液辅助治疗血管性痴呆的疗效进行系统评价。方法在国内外多个数据库中检索已经公开发表的关于醒脑静注射液辅助治疗血管性痴呆的相关文献,通过严格文章筛选应用Review Manager5.3进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12项研究,分析显示,醒脑静注射液辅助治疗血管性痴呆,改善其临床疗效的比值比(OR)合并值为3.80(95%可信区间为2.70~5.30)。MMSE评分疗效标准化均数差(SMD)合并值为4.02(95%可信区间为3.02~5.01)。ADL评分疗效标准化均数差(SMD)合并值为8.0(95%可信区间为3.70~12.29)。HDS评分疗效标准化均数差(SMD)合并值为4.08(95%可信区间为3.46~4.7)。结论醒脑静注射液在辅助治疗血管性痴呆效果上,患者智力、精神状态、日常生活能力改善明显。其临床疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of vascular dementia by meta-analysis.Methods The published literatures on the adjuvant treatment of vascular dementia with Xingnaojing injection were searched in many databases at home and abroad,and the meta-analysis was carried out by screening and applying Review Manager 5.3 in strict articles.Results A total of 12 studies were included,and the analysis showed that Xingnaojing injection assisted the treatment of vascular dementia,and the ratio(OR)of the clinical efficacy was 3.80(95%confidence interval 2.70~5.30).The MMSE score was standardized with a mean difference(SMD)with a combined value of 4.02(95%confidence interval 3.02~5.01).The ADL score was standardized with a mean difference(SMD)with a combined value of 8(95%confidence interval 3.70~12.29).The HDS score was standardized with a mean difference(SMD)with a combined value of 4.08(95%confidence interval 3.46~4.7).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection improved the intelligence,mental state and daily living ability of patients with adjuvant treatment of vascular dementia.The clinical effect is remarkable.
