摘 要:在地方高校应用型转型及体育教育专业就业率近几年连续上榜"红牌专业"的背景下,怀化学院体育学院对体育教育专业人才培养改革进行了全新的实践探索,结果表明:体育教育专业人才培养的目标从"学校体育教育工作者"拓展为"终生体育教育工作者",实施"先大类培养、后方向分流"的"一干多枝"型人才培养模式,构建以能力为主线的"三位一体"课程结构,创设适合市场需要和本校实情的多向职业模块课程,并通过调整教师能力结构、创新协同育人机制、设立运动分级选项制度、搭建多级实践平台、改进教学与考核方式等一系列改革措施是可行的、必要的。Under the background of local university application type transformation and that physical education majors had become“red card majors”as their employment rates were alerted successively in recent years,the Physical Education College of Huaihua University carried out a brand new practical exploration on physical education professional cultivation reform,and revealed the following findings:physical education professional cultivation objective has been expanded from“school physical education worker”to“lifetime physical education worker”;the following series of reform measures are feasible and necessary:implement the“major cultivated then direction oriented”“one trunk with multiple branches”type professional cultivation mode,build a“trinity”curriculum structure that bases its mainline on ability,establish multidirectional occupational modular courses that fit into market needs and this university’s actual circumstances,adjust the teacher ability structure,innovate on the coordinated people education mechanism,establish a sports classification option system,build a multi-level practice platform,improve teaching and examination methods,etc.
