摘  要:本试验以1年生平邑甜茶为试验材料,通过盆栽试验及室内分析,探究在施用有机肥条件下,木质素对平邑甜茶根系活力、根际土壤酶活性及土壤微生物多样性的影响。结果表明:(1)不论在10%或40%有机肥条件下,两种浓度木质素均不同程度的提高平邑甜茶的根系活力,其中2.5 g·kg^(-1)处理提高最多。(2)10%有机肥下,木质素抑制了土壤脲酶活性,提高了土壤蔗糖酶活性,2.5 g·kg^(-1)处理表现最为显著,1.5 g·kg^(-1)处理显著提高了土壤纤维素酶活性;40%有机肥下,两种浓度木质素均提高了土壤纤维素酶活性,2.5 g·kg^(-1)处理显著提高了蔗糖酶活性。(3)木质素某种程度上增加了根际土壤微生物数量,有利于土壤微生物活性的提高。10%有机肥下,1.5 g·kg^(-1)处理显著提高土壤微生物细菌、真菌及放线菌数量;40%有机肥下,2.5 g·kg^(-1)处理提高微生物数量最为显著。木质素改善了土壤微生物多样性,改变了土壤酶活性,2.5 g·kg^(-1)处理显著提高了平邑甜茶根系活力。研究结果为根系土壤环境的调控提供了理论依据。In this experiment,the effects of lignin on root activity,rhizosphere soil enzyme activity and soil microbial diversity of Malus hupehensis Rehd.were investigated by pot experiment and laboratory analysis using one-year M.hupehensis.as experimental material under organic fertilizer.The results showed:(1)Under the condition of 10%or 40%organic fertilizer,both lignin concentrations could increase the root activity of M.hupehensis.to varying degrees,of which 2.5 g·kg-1 treatment increased the most.(2)Under 10%organic fertilizer,lignin inhibited soil urease activity,increased soil sucrose enzyme activity,and 2.5 g·kg-1 treatment showed the most significant performance.1.5 g·kg-1 treatment significantly improved soil cellulase activity.Under the condition of 40%organic fertilizer,both concentrations of lignin increased soil cellulose activities.2.5 g·kg-1 treatment significantly increased the sucrose enzyme activity.(3)To some extent,lignin increased the number of microbes in rhizosphere soil,which was beneficial to the improvement of soil microbial activity.Under 10%organic fertilizer,1.5 g·kg-1 treatment significantly increased the number of soil microbial bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes;under the condition of 40%organic fertilizer,2.5 g·kg-1 treatment obviously enhanced soil microbes amount.Lignin improved soil microbial diversity and soil enzyme activity.2.5 g·kg-1 treatment significantly improved the root activity of M.hupehensis.The results provided a theoretical basis for the regulation of root soil environment.
