摘　　要：结合"食品添加剂应用"教学存在的问题,根据学院的具体情况,对课程从教学内容、教学实施、教学考核机制等方面进行探讨,提高学生学习兴趣。The problems existing in the Application of Food Additives combination of teaching,according to the concrete conditions of our to the course from the teaching content,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation mechanism and so on were carried on the discussion,to improve students'interest in learning.
