摘　　要：基于传统金工教学存在的一些问题,研究和探索以产品为载体的金工教学模式改革。针对机械专业金工实习教学,制定了基于电加热器设计制造的项目教学计划。该教学环节的实施,旨在充分调动学生学习的主动性、积极性。学生参与了产品从设计到生产的整个过程,将各工种有机地联系起来,使学生对零件设计到加工的工艺、独立使用机床加工制作的能力得到了提升,有利于综合能力的培养和创新思维的训练。Based on some problems of traditional metalworking teaching,this paper studies and explores the reform of metalworking teaching mode based on product.Aiming at the teaching of metalworking practice in mechanical engineering,the teaching project based on electric heater design and manufacture was formulated.The implementation of the teaching process fully mobilizes the initiative of students learning interesting.Students participate in the entire process from design to production.All kinds of jobs have been contacted,and the ability of the students to design the parts and to process the machine independently has been improved.It is conducive to the training of comprehensive ability and innovative thinking.
