血清骨桥蛋白、细胞质胸腺激酶和DKK1的肺癌诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)、细胞质胸腺激酶(TK1)和DKK1单独或联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法检测80例肺癌患者(肺癌组)、83例肺良性疾病患者(肺良性疾病组)和60例健康人群(健康对照组)血清中OPN、TK1和DKK1含量,Logistic回归和ROC曲线评价三者单独或联合检测的肺癌诊断价值。结果肺癌组血清OPN、TK1和DKK1含量显著高于健康对照组和肺良性疾病组(P<0.05)。血清OPN、TK1和DKK1单独诊断肺癌的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.763(0.689,0.836)、0.774(0.700,0.848)和0.791(0.720,0.854),三者联合检测的ROC曲线下面积为0.906(0.860,0.951),显著高于三者单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论血清OPN、TK1和DKK1均具有一定的肺癌诊断价值,且三者联合检测的诊断价值要明显高于三者单独诊断。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum osteopontin(OPN),cytoplasm thymidine kinase(TK1)and Dickkopf-1(DKK1)alone or in combination in patients with lung cancer.Methods The serum contents of OPN,TK1 and DKK1 were detected in 80 patients with lung cancer(lung cancer group),83 patients with benign lung disease(benign lung disease group)and 60 healthy person(healthy control group).The Logistic regression and receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve were used to evaluate the diagnostic value of serum OPN,TK1 and DKK1 alone or in combination in patients with lung cancer.Results The serum level of OPN,TK1 and DKK1 in patients of lung cancer group was significantly higher than that of healthy control group or benign lung disease group(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of OPN,TK1 and DKK1 alone for lung can-cer were 0.763(0.689,0.836),0.774(0.700,0.848)and 0.791(0.720,0.854),and the area of detection in combination was 0.906(0.860,0.951),which was significantly higher than that of detection alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum OPN,TK1 and DKK1 had a certain diagnostic value for lung cancer,and the diagnostic value of detection in combination was higher than that of detection alone.
