摘  要:利用高效液相色谱-质谱联用(HPLC-MS)的方法检测山东省集约化蔬菜种植区不同蔬菜中3种喹诺酮类抗生素(诺氟沙星、环丙沙星和恩诺沙星)的含量,探讨蔬菜中抗生素残留出现空间差异的原因,并采用每日估计摄入量(EDI)/每日允许摄入量(ADI)评价蔬菜中喹诺酮类抗生素对人体健康的风险。结果表明,该地区蔬菜中喹诺酮类抗生素的残留较为严重,总含量为18~661μg/kg,平均值为161.07μg/kg,诺氟沙星的检出率为100%,环丙沙星和恩诺沙星的检出率分别为26.15%、33.85%。蔬菜中的喹诺酮类抗生素浓度出现空间差异性,即南部地区的蔬菜中抗生素浓度普遍高于北部地区。蔬菜种类和大棚类型是蔬菜中喹诺酮类浓度空间差异的主要影响因素;菠菜和香菜中的抗生素暴露对儿童存在潜在的健康风险,需引起种植业和养殖业相关部门的高度重视。Three quinolone antibiotics(norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin)in vegetables from intensive vegetable cultivation areas of Shandong Province were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS).The reasons causing spatial difference of antibiotic residues in vegetables were analyzed and their potential risk to human health was evaluated by comparing daily estimated intake(EDI)/acceptable daily intake(ADI).The results showed that the residues of quinolones in vegetables were very serious,and the total content was 18~661μg/kg with the average value of 161.07μg/kg.The detection rate of norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin were 100%,26.15%and 33.85%,respectively.The concentration of quinolone antibiotics in vegetables showed spatial differences,and that in the southern region was generally higher than that in the northern region.Vegetable and greenhouse types were the main factors influencing the spatial differences of quinolone concentration in vegetables.Antibiotic exposure in spinach and parsley had potential health risk for children,which should attach great importance of relevant departments of the planting and breeding industry.
