摘　　要：推荐了用高效液相色谱法测定复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏中醋酸地塞米松含量的实验,综合了称量、热水浴、涡旋、冰浴、过滤、移液等多种样品前处理实验技能,又涉及紫外分光光度计、高效液相色谱仪两种分析仪器,并使学生掌握色谱定量测量的方法学及数据处理方法。此实验能全面锻炼学生的实验技能,增强其实践应用能力,并培养其初步的科研思维。This paper recommended the experiment of“Determination of the content of dexamethasone acetate in mixed cream by high performance liquid chromatography”,in this experiment several experimental skills such as weighing,hot water bath,vortex,ice bath,filtration,liquid transfer and other sample pretreatment skills are included,and UV spectrophotometer and HPLC are used,as well as the methods of quantitative measurement and data processing are requested to get.This experiment can fully promote the students'experimental skills,enhance the ability for practical application,and raise the preliminary scientific research thinking.
