摘　　要：以选择性动脉灌注化疗为代表的辅助化疗是近几年新出现的化疗方法,虽然医学界对其治疗后患者的总体生存率、术后复发率还存在疑虑,但是却能够提高晚期肿瘤原发灶的RO切除率。本文分别从选择性动脉灌注进行原发灶化疗、选择性动脉灌注进行区域性淋巴化疗、肿瘤微环境与选择性动脉灌注化疗等方面深入探讨了选择性动脉灌注化疗在口腔癌治疗中的进展,具有一定的参考价值。Adjuvant chemotherapy represented by selective arterial infusion chemotherapy is a newly emerged chemotherapy method in recent years.Although the medical community has doubts about the overall survival rate and postoperative recurrence rate of patients after treatment,it can increase the incidence of advanced stage tumor the incidence of RO resection.In this paper,selective arterial perfusion for primary tumor chemotherapy,selective arterial perfusion for regional lymphochemotherapy,tumor microenvironment and selective arterial perfusion chemotherapy in-depth discussion of selective arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of oral cancer progress,has a certain reference value.
