摘　　要：目的观察采用非镇静经鼻胃镜检查上消化道疾病的临床效果,评价其应用价值。方法将我院2016年5月~2017年5月拟行胃镜检查患者,随机分为经鼻胃镜检查组(n=67)和普通胃镜检查组(n=88),评估两组患者检查中呛咳、恶心发生率、疾病种类分布以及检查术前、术中心率、收缩压和血氧饱和度差值。结果经鼻胃镜检查组呛咳、恶心发生率以及术前与术中心率差值、收缩压差值均低于普通胃镜检查组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者检查中疾病种类及患者血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经鼻胃镜径细,经鼻孔插入不接触舌根,患者耐受性更好,安全性相对更高。因此,经鼻胃镜检查具有良好的临床应用价值,值得大力推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of non-sedative endoscopic examination of upper digestive tract diseases,and evaluate its application value.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,the patients with upper digestive tract diseases were scheduled to be examined by endoscopy in our hospital.Divided into transnasal gastroscopy inspection group(n=67)and general gastroscopy inspection group(n=88)to assess the incidence of cough,nausea,disease type distribution,preoperative examination,intraoperative heart rate.Systolic and oxygen saturation differences.Results The nasal gastroscopy group choking,nausea incidence and preoperative and intraoperative heart rate differences,systolic blood pressure difference values were lower than the conventional gastroscopy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the type of disease and in patients with oxygen saturation(P>0.05).Conclusion The nasal gastroscopy is thinner and the nostril is not inserted into the tongue base,the patient is better tolerated and the safety is relatively higher.Therefore,the nasal gastroscopy has a good clinical value,it is worth promoting.
