两种不同排龈方法在牙体楔状缺损充填修复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨楔状缺损充填修复时,不同牙龈生物型应用排龈线和排龈膏排龈的临床效果。方法选择牙颈部楔状缺损共180例,薄龈生物型为87例,厚龈生物型为93例,各组内样本随机划分为实验组与对照组。试验组应用排龈膏排龈、对照组应用排龈线排龈后,行复合树脂充填。治疗后评价疼痛、牙龈出血情况,并随访1年后的临床疗效。结果薄龈生物型中实验组的疼痛发生率、牙龈出血率比对照组低,且差异具有显著性(P<0.01),厚龈生物型中实验组和对照组的疼痛发生率、牙龈出血发生率差异较小,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);随访1年,薄龈生物型与厚龈生物型中,各自实验组与对照组的临床效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论楔状缺损充填时,薄龈生物型应选择排龈膏排龈,以减少疼痛和牙龈出血的发生率;厚龈生物型选择排龈膏和排龈线排龈的差别不大。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gingival line and gingival plaster in different gingival biotypes in the restoration of wedge-shaped defect.Methods 180 cases of cervical wedge-shaped defect were selected.87 cases of thin gingival biotype and 93 cases of thick gingival biotype were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used the gingival retraction paste,the control group used gingival retraction after the composite resin filling.Assessment of pain after treatment,bleeding gums,and followed up after 1 year.Results The experimental group in the biological thin gingival pain incidence,gingival bleeding rate was lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01),the incidence of thick gingival biotype in the experimental group and the control group pain,gingival bleeding incidence of smaller difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Follow-up 1 year,gingival biotypes and gingival biotypes,the respective experimental group and control group,the clinical effect was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion During the wedge-shaped defect filling,thin gingival biotype should choose gingival retraction paste,to reduce the incidence of pain and bleeding gums;thick gingival retraction paste and biological selection gingival retraction has little difference.
