摘　　要：目的观察氩离子激光治疗视网膜大动脉瘤的疗效,评价其临床安全性。方法回顾性分析我科2016年1月~6月视网膜大动脉瘤患者8例,所以患者均采用氩离子激光治疗,观察患者视力及眼底荧光造影情况。结果随访6个月~1年,视力提高8例。眼底荧光造影显示:4例患者瘤体基本萎缩,无明显荧光渗漏。结论氩离子视网膜激光光凝术治疗视网膜大动脉瘤疗效确切,方法简单易行,并发症少,安全可靠,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of argon ion laser in the treatment of retinal aneurysm and evaluate its clinical safety.Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 cases of retinal aneurysm in our department from January to June 2016,all patients were treated with argon ion laser to observe the visual acuity and fundus fluorescein angiography.Results The follow-up of 6 months to 1 year,visual acuity improved in 8 cases.Fundus fluorescein angiography showed:4 patients with basic shrinkage of the tumor,no significant fluorescence leakage.Conclusion Argon ion laser photocoagulation for the treatment of retinal aneurysms is effective,the method is simple,less complications,safe and reliable,and is worth clinical application.
