摘　　要：目的建立HPLC同时测定镇脑宁胶囊中葛根素、阿魏酸、欧前胡素、丹参酮ⅡA共4种有效成分含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为220 nm,柱温为25℃。结果 4种成分的线性范围分别为:葛根素4.96~496.00μg(r=1.000 0),阿魏酸2.05~205.00μg(r=1.000 0),欧前胡素1.99~199.00μg(r=0.999 3),丹参酮ⅡA 2.11~211.00μg(r=0.999 9);加样回收率为99.1%~113.1%,RSD为0.6%~1.8%;4种成分的样品含量分别为:葛根素3.866~4.729 mg/g,阿魏酸0.286~0.315 mg/g,欧前胡素0.367~0.490 mg/g,丹参酮ⅡA0.293~0.409 mg/g。结论该方法可同时测定镇脑宁胶囊中4种成分的含量,操作便捷,重复性好。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four active components of puerarin,ferulic acid,imperatorin and tanshinoneⅡA in Zhennaoning Capsules.Methods The mobile phase was eluted with Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)by using methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a detection wavelength of 220 nm.The column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of four components was:puerarin,4.96–496.00μg(r=1.000 0);ferulic acid,2.05–205.00μg(r=1.000 0);imperatorin,1.99–199.00μg(r=0.999 3);tanshinoneⅡA,2.11–211.00μg(r=0.999 9).The recoveries of samples were 99.1%–113.1%,and RSD were 0.6%–1.8%.The contents of four components were as follows:puerarin,3.866–4.729 mg/g,ferulic acid,0.286–0.315 mg/g,imperatorin 0.367–0.490 mg/g,tanshinoneⅡA,0.293–0.409 mg/g.Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of four components in Zhennaoning Capsules,with simple and convenient operation and good repeatability.
