口腔按摩对早产儿吸吮能力的作用

摘　　要：目的 分析口腔按摩对喂养困难早产儿的影响.方法 报告2016年12月-2017年7月泉州市第一医院新生儿科收治的38例喂养困难早产儿进行口腔按摩,对比按摩前后早产儿进奶量增加速度、体重增长速度、身长增长速度、住院天数差异,结合万方数据库、中国知网搜索到的相关资料,分析口腔按摩对喂养困难早产儿的效果.结果 观察组患儿在喂养耐受性,吸吮能力,身长、体重增长情况等方面均优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差别有统计学意义.结论 口腔按摩可明显提高喂养困难早产儿进奶量增加速度、加快体重增长速度、身长增长速度,缩短住院时间,是一种无创、经济、可行性高的临床治疗手段,值得加以推广应用.Objective To analyze the effect of oral massage on feeding premature infants with difficult conditions.Methods From December 2016 to July 2017,38 cases of preterm infants with dyspnoea admitted to the First Department of Quanzhou First Hospital underwent oral cavity massage.The rate of increase of milk volume,weight gain,growth of body length,Hospitalization days differences,combined with Wanfang database,CNKI to search for relevant information,analysis of oral massage on the feeding of poor preterm children.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in feeding tolerance,sucking ability,body length and weight gain,and the length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Oral massage can significantly improve the rate of increase of milk intake,speed up the growth of body weight,length growth and shorten the length of hospital stay in feeding poor preterm infants.It is a noninvasive,economical and feasible clinical treatment which is worthy to be popularized and applied.
