摘　　要：文章以真人秀《学徒》为语料样本,运用会话分析和人际关系管理分析框架,从说话人视角分析了不礼貌指令性言语行为在商务场景中的运用,总结出其惯用语用形式、影响和阶层差异性。This study,taking a reality show Apprentice as an example,uses a conversation analysis and interpersonal relationship management analysis framework.It analyzes the use of impolite instructional speech acts in business scenarios from the speaker’s point of view and summarizes its idiomatic forms,influence and class differences.
