摘  要:[目的]提取烟草中的香味成分,并用LC-MS/MS方法对其进行测定和分析。[方法]烟草样品经甲醇溶液超声萃取后,取上清液直接进样LC-MS/MS分析,采用电喷雾正离子多反应监测方式检测,并采用柱后预分离糖基体,消除其对香味成分离子化的影响。[结果]各香味成分线性关系良好(R^2≥0.982 2),加标回收率为82.43%~95.77%,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.00%~4.58%。[结论]该方法灵敏、准确,分析速度快,适合烟草中香味成分检测。[Objective]Aroma components in tobacco were extracted and assayed and analyzed by LC-MS/MS method.[Method]After the tobacco sample was extracted by the methanol solution,the supernatant was directly analyzed by LC-MS/MS.Electrospray positive ion multiple reaction monitoring was used to detect and use the post-column pre-separation of the sugar matrix to eliminate its effect on the ionization of aroma components.[Result]The linear relationship of the flavor components was good(R2≥0.982 2),the spike recovery was 82.43%-95.77%,and the average relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.00%-4.58%.[Conclusion]The method is sensitive,accurate and analysis speed fast,which is suitable for the detection of aroma components in tobacco.
