摘　　要：分子生物学作为生命科学的一个重要分支,在建设社会主义现代化强国的过程中,对地方高校分子生物学课程教学也必将提出更高的要求。探讨了互联网背景下地方高校分子生物学教师的角色定位,分析了其现实角色冲突,并提出了应对策略。As an important branch of life science,higher requirements will be proposed for the teaching of molecular biology in local colleges and universities in the process of building a socialist modernized country.The orientation of molecular biology teachers’roles in local colleges and universities under the background of internet was discussed.Their realistic role conflicts were analyzed,and some corresponding strategies were put forward.
