摘　　要：科技型中小企业集群创新可以有效弥补自身创新资源与能力的不足,使单个企业的创新成本降低,风险减小,收益增加。科技型中小企业集群创新的直接效应主要表现在知识溢出和技术扩散效应、增加产业规模效应和提升区位品牌效应等三个方面,而集群的规模、结构、创新能力、资源和环境等要素,直接影响企业的创新绩效。有效识别企业创新绩效的影响因素,准确测度各因素对企业创新绩效的影响范围,采取有效措施帮助企业化解风险、趋利避害,有益于广大科技型中小企业的生存和发展。The innovation of SME clusters can effectively compensate for the shortages of lack of innovation resources and capabilities,so that the innovation cost and risk of individual enterprises is reduced and the revenues is increased.The direct effects of innovation in SME clusters are mainly reflected in three aspects:knowledge spillover and technology diffusion effects,increasing industrial scale effects and improving regional brand effects.The scale,structure,innovation capability,resources and environment of the cluster can directly affect the innovation performance of the company.It is good for the survival and development of SME to effectively identify the influencing factors of enterprise innovation performance,accurately measure the impact of various factors on the innovation performance of enterprises,and take effective measures to help enterprises resolve risks,benefit and avoid disadvantages.
