基于能力本位的工学结合课程时间与探究——以“汽车保养和维护”课程为例

摘  要:汽车行业的高速发展是的汽车运用与维修方面的所需人才愈发增多。与此同时,各大用人单位也对新入职的员工提出了"要具备基本的车辆保养与维护技能"等关键要求。正是基于上述现实的需求原因,很多学校开始将整车保养与维护的相关课程全部纳入其自身的课程体系之中。不过,由于课程设置与设备配备等种种现实因素的限制,该课程在进行课程实践时往往会产生一些影响顺利教学的问题。因此,笔者决定从现实教学的实践经验出发,并将用人企业与学校实际相结合起来,提出全新的"能力本位"的概念。从重点对学生的实际分析能力与解决问题的能力进行提升这一方面入手来讲述如何提升总体的教学效果。The rapid development of the automotive industry is an increase in the number of talents required for the use and maintenance of automobiles.At the same time,the major employers also put forward key requirements such as"need to have basic vehicle maintenance and maintenance skills"for new employees.It is based on the above-mentioned real-world demand reasons that many schools begin to incorporate all the related courses of vehicle maintenance and maintenance into their own curriculum systems.However,due to various practical factors such as curriculum setting and equipment allocation,the curriculum often has some problems that affect smooth teaching.Therefore,the author decided to proceed from the practical experience of practical teaching and combine the employing company with the actual situation of the school to propose a new concept of"ability-based".Focusing on the improvement of students'actual analytical ability and ability to solve problems,this article describes how to improve the overall teaching effect.
