摘　　要：目的:对RANKL/OPG在种植体周围炎骨吸收与重建中的作用与机制进行分析讨论。方法:选取2015年5月-2017年5月本院收治的20例种植体周围炎患者作为试验组,另选取同一时期到本院就诊的20例种植体周围健康患者作为对照组。在空腹的状态下对参加此次研究患者抽取肘静脉血,利用ELISA检测法对两组患者的RANKL及OPG水平进行测定,并分析RANKL及OPG在两组患者中的相对表达水平。结果:试验组患者牙周探诊深度及龈沟出血指数评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的RANKL表达水平为(1.0±0.2),试验组为(15.4±3.2),两组RANKL表达水平对比,差异有统计学意义(t=20.085,P<0.05);对照组的OPG表达水平为(1.0±0.2),试验组为(1.2±0.4),两组OPG表达水平对比,差异无统计学意义(t=2.000,P>0.05)。结论:OPG/RANKL在种植体牙周炎骨吸收与重建中起到相互的作用且发挥着重要的作用。Objective:To analyze the role and mechanism of RANKL/OPG in the bone resorption and reconstruction of periimplant inflammation.Method:A total of 20 patients with inflammation around implant treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as experimental group,20 cases of health around implant treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.In the fasting state,blood was drawn from the elbow vein of the patients who participated in the study.The RANKL and OPG levels of the two groups were measured by using ELISA tests,the relative expression levels of RANKL and OPG in the two groups were analyzed.Result:The depth of periodontal examination and gingival sulcus bleeding index in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of RANKL was(1.0±0.2)in the control group and(15.4±3.2)in the experimental group,the expression level of RANKL of the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.085,P<0.05).The expression level of OPG was(1.0±0.2)in the control group and(1.2±0.4)in the experimental group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(t=2.000,P>0.05).Conclusion:OPG/RANKL plays an important role in the bone resorption and reconstruction of implant periodontitis.
