XELOX方案术后辅助治疗对结直肠癌患者生存率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨(XELOX)方案术后辅助治疗对结直肠癌患者生存率的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院62例结直肠癌根治术后患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙(FOLFOX)方案,观察组采用XELOX方案。随访3年,观察并比较两组患者生存情况及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:随访3年,观察组3年无病生存率70.97%,略低于对照组的77.42%,总生存率90.32%,略高于对照组的87.09%,差异均无统计学意义(χ~2=0.34、0.16,P>0.05);观察组神经毒性发生率,中性粒细胞、白细胞及血小板减少发生率均明显低于对照组,手足综合征发生率明显高于对照组,差异均统计学意义(t=6.17、6.41、6.29、6.03、7.37,P<0.05)。结论:XELOX方案对结直肠癌患者3年生存时间的延长效果较好,安全性及推荐价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of adjuvant therapy on the survival rate of colorectal cancer patients after Oxaliplatin combined with Capecitabine(XELOX)scheme.Method:A total of 62 patients after radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group treated with Oxaliplatin combined with Calcium Folate(FOLFOX)scheme and the observation group treated with XELOX scheme.After 3 years of follow-up,the survival situation of the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.Result:The 3-year disease free surrivalrate of 70.97%in the observation group was lower than 77.42%in the control group,overall surviral rate of 90.32%was higher than 87.09%in the control group,the differences had no statistic significant(字2=0.34,0.16,P>0.05);the incidence of hand foot syndrome was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of neurotoxicity,neutrophils,leucocytes and thrombocytopenia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.17,6.41,6.29,6.03,7.37,P<0.05).Conclusion:The XELOX scheme has a better effect on prolonging the survival time of 3 years in patients with colorectal cancer,it has high safety.
