面部轮廓整形中自体脂肪移植综合技术的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨面部轮廓整形中MAFT-gun自体脂肪移植综合技术的应用效果。方法:将入选本研究的76例择期行面部轮廓整形的患者按照1∶1比例分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均采用自体脂肪移植技术进行治疗,其中观察组给予MAFT-gun注射颗粒脂肪,对照组给予传统脂肪移植。对比两组术后存活厚度、平均消肿时间、满意度、不良反应情况,并给予1年跟踪随访,记录并对比随访结果。结果:观察组术后存活厚度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且前者平均消肿时间较后者显著缩短(P<0.05);观察组满意度与对照组等级比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05),且前者满意率高达97.37%,后者仅为78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组一次性脂肪填充成功率及脂肪存活率均远远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:面部轮廓整形中采用MAFT-gun自体脂肪移植综合技术疗效理想且患者满意度高,具有较高的安全性。Objective:To explore and analyze on the application effect of integrated technology of autologous fat transplantation by MAFT-gun in facial contour shaping.Methods:Seventy-six cases of patients undergoing elective facial contour shaping who were enrolled in this research were divided into observation group and control group according to 1:1 ratio.The patients in the two groups were treated with autologous fat transplantation,between which the observation group were given granule fat injection by MAFT-gun,while the control group were given traditional fat transplantation method.The survival thickness after operation,average time of detumescence,satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,who in the two groups were given following-up lasting for one year,then the following-up results were recorded and compared.Results:The survival thickness after operation of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average time of detumescence of the former was significantly shorter than that of the latter(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the level comparison of satisfaction between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the former was up to 93.37%,while the latter was only 78.95%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Both the success rate of one-time fat filling and fat survival rate of the observation were far higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of integrated technology of autologous fat transplantation by MAFT-gun in facial contour shaping is ideal,with high patient satisfaction,which has higher safety.
