摘　　要：目的:评估2.5℃冷盐水作为最终冲洗液,对于活髓牙一次性根管治疗术后疼痛的影响。方法:140例患者,将拟治疗的牙随机分为两组(n=70):对照组和冷冻疗法(冷疗)组。对于冷疗组,根管预备后使用2.5℃冷盐水冲洗5min,而对照组使用25℃室温生理盐水。一次性完成根管治疗。患者于术后24、48h使用VAS法来评估术后疼痛程度。结果:冷疗组和对照组的平均术前疼痛分值为(2.1±0.7)和(2.3±0.8),无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后24h随访时,冷疗组患者的VAS值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后48h随访时,疼痛分值明显减少。冷疗组内患者的术后疼痛水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明,使用2.5℃冷盐水作为最终冲洗液与对照组相比可显著减少术后疼痛水平。结论:根管内冷疗可有效减少一次性根管治疗术后疼痛。Objective:To evaluate the effect of 2.5℃cold saline irrigation solution as final irrigant on postoperative pain after single-visit root canal treatment of teeth with vital pulps.Methods:One hundred and fourty patients were included to the study.The teeth were randomly divided into two groups(n=70):the control group and the cryotherapy group.In the cryotherapy group,final irrigation with 2.5℃physiological saline solution for 5 min was performed following completion of root canal preparation,whereas in control group same solution stored at the 25℃root temperature was used.Treatments were performed in a single visit.Participants were asked to rate the intensity of their postoperative pain using visual analogue scale at 24 and 48 h.Data were analysed by Mann–Whitney U test and Student’s t test.Results:The preoperative pain scores in the cryotherapy and the control groups were(2.1±0.7)and(2.3±0.8),respectively,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).At the 48 h followup pain scores revealed a significant reduction.In the cryotherapy group level of reported postoperative pain was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The outcome of this investigation indicates that 2.5℃cold saline irrigation as final irrigant can result a significant reduction in postoperative pain levels in comparison to the control group.Conclusion:Intracanal cryotherapy is an effective option for postoperative pain control in single-visit root canal treatment.
