摘  要:为了减小细长轴的弯曲变形,提高精度,以正向走刀和反向走刀两种加工方式为研究对象,根据细长轴的结构特性,运用ANSYS建立有限元模型,将模型平均分成多个部分,在每一个节点上进行结构静力学分析并结合数学模型的理论计算,探寻不同的走刀过程中细长轴各个点位的变形量的差异以及变形规律,同时验证理论模型正确性。实例分析结果表明采用反向走刀加工后的杆件,其变形量比正向走刀小,加工精度有较大提高。To prove the machining precision of slender shaft,taking the two kinds of processing methods as the research object,according to the structural characteristics of the slender shaft,using ANSYS to build a finite element model,dividing the model into multiple parts,the static structural analysis is performed on each node and combined with the theoretical calculation of the mathematical model to explore the difference between the deformation of each point of the slender shaft and the deformation rule,at the same time,verify the correctness of the theoretical model.The results of the example analysis show that deformation of the reverse pass is smaller than deformation of the forward pass,which is useful to improve precision.
