柴龙牡蛎汤治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效及对血清炎性因子、胃泌素表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟柴龙牡蛎汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效以及对患者血清炎性因子、胃泌素表达水平的影响。方法:选取86例慢性胃炎患者作为本次研究资料,将入选患者均分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组疗法的同时给予自拟柴龙牡蛎汤治疗,治疗1疗程后评估两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后的各项症状积分、胃镜黏膜积分、胃泌素及血清炎性因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)表达水平的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.35%,对照组总有效率为81.40%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者胃痛、胃胀、口苦、反酸、嗳气、纳差均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项症状积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者胃泌素与黏膜积分均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组胃泌素与黏膜积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟柴龙牡蛎汤能够有效提高慢性胃炎的临床疗效,降低血清炎性因子与胃泌素的表达水平,对于改善患者预后,预防复发亦具有积极作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Chailong Muli decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis and the effect on serum inflammatory factors and gastrin expression.Methods:86 cases of chronic gastritis patients were treated as the data in this study,patients were divided into control group and observation group,the control group received routine treatment,observation group were treated with Chailong Muli decoction in the control group therapy at the same time,two groups of clinical curative effect evaluation after a course of treatment to observe the symptoms,the two groups before and after treatment the score,endoscopic score,gastrin and serum inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C reactive protein(CRP)expression level changes.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.40%,and the clinical effect of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of patients with stomach pain,bloating,belching,mouth pain,anorexia were improved compared with before treatment scores were better than the control group;observation group of symptoms after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,gastrin and mucosal scores in the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,gastrin and mucosal score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CRP,TNF-and IL-6 were improved in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression level of serum CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chailong Muli decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of chronic gastritis and reduce the expression level of serum inflammatory factors and gastrin,so it has a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients and preventing recurrence.
