复方菝葜颗粒联合髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌临床研究  

The effect of Fufang Baqia granules combined with internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方菝葜颗粒联合髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析局部晚期宫颈癌患者192例,按其治疗方案的不同分为观察组99例和对照组93例。对照组接受髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗治疗,观察组则另给予复方菝葜颗粒治疗,化疗结束后3周进行手术治疗。化疗结束后,评价两组患者近期疗效。治疗前及化疗结束后第1天,检测患者外周血中免疫功能指标(IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+及CD4+)含量。化疗期间,密切监测两组患者化疗毒副反应情况。手术期间,观察两组手术出血量、手术时间及手术输血量。手术后,观察两组患者1年生存率、2年生存率及3年生存率。结果:化疗结束后,观察组总有效率为85.8%,显著高于对照组的74.2%(P<0.05),且外周血IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+及CD4+水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗期间,观察组腹痛腹泻、恶心呕吐、轻度转氨酶增高、白细胞计数降低及血小板降低等毒副作用发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术期间,观察组手术出血量、手术时间及手术输血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组1年生存率、2年生存率及3年生存率则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方菝葜颗粒联合髂内动脉栓塞灌注化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌疗效较好,可有效降低毒副作用,改善患者免疫功能。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Fufang Baqia granules combined with internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods:192 patients with locally advanced cervical were divided into observe group(99 cases)and control group(93 cases).The control group was treated by internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization and observes group was given Fufang Baqia granules on the base of control group.3 weeks after the chemotherapy,the operation was performed in the 2 groups.After the chemotherapy,the effects were observed in the 2 groups.During the operation,the blood volume,operation time and blood transfusion were observed.Before and after the chemotherapy,the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,CD 3+and CD 4+were detected in the 2 groups.During the treatment,the adverse actions were observed in patients.After the operation,the 1 year,2 year and 3 year survival rates were observed.Results:In the evaluation of curative effect,the total effective rate was 85.8%in treatment group were significantly higher than 74.2%in control group(P<0.05).After the chemotherapy,the IgG,IgA,IgM,CD 3+and CD 4+levels were significantly higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the rates of abdominal pain and diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,increased aminotransferase,decreased white blood cell count and thrombocytopenia were significantly lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).In the operation,the blood volume,operation time and blood transfusion in observe group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After the operation,the 1 year,2 year and 3 year survival rates were similar in the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fufang Baqia granules combined with internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer has a good effect,could enhance immune function and improve adverse actions.
