PTEN、TRA2B在人低分化胃腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨抑癌基因(PTEN)与促癌基因(TRA2B)在人低分化胃癌中的表达及其与低分化胃癌发生发展、临床病理特征之间的关系。方法 9例低分化胃癌组织及其癌旁正常胃组织,HE染色显示组织结构,免疫组化法及免疫荧光法检测各组织中PTEN、TRA2B的表达。结果低分化胃癌组织中PTEN蛋白的阳性表达率为77.8%,而在正常胃组织中几乎全部表达,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TRA2B蛋白在低分化胃癌中表达的阳性率为66.7%,而正常胃组织中表达阳性率为22.2%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PTEN及TRA2B与TNM分期无关,与淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结论联合检测人低分化胃癌组织中PTEN与TRA2B的表达对胃癌诊断、预后判断具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the protein expression of PTEN and TRA2B in human low differentiated gastric cancer and explore the related significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry assay and immunofluo-rescence assay were applied to evaluate the protein expression of PTEN and TRA2B in low differentiated gastric cancer tissues(9 cases),corresponding to adjacent normal tissue.Results PTEN protein expression was found in 77.8%(7/9)of low differentiated gastric cancer tissue,while it was almost positive in adjacent normal tissue.The difference between low differentiated gastric cancer and normal tissue was significance(P<0.05).TRA2B protein expression was found in 66.7%(6/9)of low differentiated gastric cancer tissue.The difference between low differentiated gastric cancer and normal tissue was significance(P<0.05).The expression of PTEN and TRA2B had correlation with patient′s lymph node metastasis,which was no relationship with patient′s age,gender and TNM stage.Conclusion The joint detection of PTEN and TRA2B protein could provide objective index for diagnosis,prognosis and the biological behavior.
