摘 要:研究磷酸铝镍介孔材料分离和纯化透骨香果花青素。采用低热固相合成法制备了磷酸铝镍介孔材料并对其吸附性能进行了表征。通过静态吸附和解吸的行为研究,确定了最佳的工艺参数。实验结果表明,磷酸铝镍介孔材料对透骨香果花青素静态吸附率为92.15%,解吸率为95.71%,透骨香果花青素粗提物纯度由7.61%提高到62.08%。Nickel aluminophosphate(NiAlPO)mesoporous material adsorption for purification of anthocyanins from Gaultheria yunnanensis fruit.NiAlPO mesoporous materials were prepared directly by solid-state reaction route,and its adsorption properties were characterized by XRD、N2-physisorplion at 77K.The best technology parameters of the static adsorption and desorption of NiAlPO mesoporous materials of Gaultheria yunnanensis fruit were obtained.Results showed that static adsorption rate for anthocyanins from the Gaultheria yunnanensis fruit was 92.15%,desorption rate was 95.71%.The purity of crude extract of anthocyanins increased from 7.61%to 62.08%.
