“微”时代医院党员思想政治教育“微”途径探析

摘　　要：鉴于微信的普及,为缓解医院党员教育的工学矛盾,北京胸科医院课题组对北京市医管局的22个医院的微信公众平台(以下简称"微平台")建设现状进行了问卷调查,在调研的基础上创建了我院党建微信平台。该平台涵盖党建动态、医院大事、党务知识、理论研究、国学经典、时事政治、心灵驿站、支部党建等8个版块。2016年底,课题组面向医院党员对该平台的运行效果进行了问卷调研,调研结果显示,绝大多数党员认可微平台的教育形式,认为该平台符合党员的教育需求,有效缓解了工学矛盾,教育效果良好。下一步,医院将扩大教育覆盖面、丰富教育内容、增设管理功能、加强运行管理,将微平台打造成党员教育的品牌项目。With the popularity of Wechat,to mitigate the conflicts between work and study of party member education in hospital,research group of Beijing Chest Hospital conducted a questionnaire research in the Wechat platforms(hereinafter referred to as Wechat platform)of 22 hospitals in Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals,and establish a Wechat platform for party building in our hospital based on the research.This platform involved 8 sections including Dynamics of Party Building,Hospital Events,Knowledge of Party Affairs,Theoretical Researches,Chinese Classics,Current Events and Politics,Intelligent Courier Station and Party Building in the Branch.In the end of 2016,questionnaire research among party members in hospital was performed to study the effectiveness of the operation of this platform.The research results showed most of party members approved the education form of Wechat platform and thought this platform met the requirements of party members’education.It could mitigate the conflicts between work and study with good education effectiveness.In the next step,our hospital would extend the coverage of education,enrich the contents of education,add the management function and strengthen the management of operation to make the Wechat platform as a brand project of party members’education.
