摘　　要：外科学是一门非常讲究临床实践的学科,尤其是对于肝胆外科医师,培养时间长,成长时间慢,传统开腹手术由于视野所限,导致示教效果较差。随着近年来腹腔镜手术的迅速发展,其在带教中的巨大作用也得到了进一步体现,结合以"以问题为基础的学习"的PBL模式后,大大增加了学生学习的积极性,并且提高了肝胆外科医师的成长速度。Surgery is a discipline that is very particular about clinical practice.Especially for hepatobiliary surgeons,they have a long training period and slow growth time.Traditional open surgery is limited by the visual field,which results in poor teaching results.With the rapid development of laparoscopic surgery in recent years,its enormous role in teaching has also been further reflected.And combination with"question-based learning"PBL model greatly increases the enthusiasm of students to learn,and improve hepatobiliary surgeon's growth rate.
