摘　　要：离散型制造企业的产品往往由多个零件经过一系列并不连续的工序加工最终装配而成,按订单设计制造使得生产模式和生产过程相对复杂。文中从介绍ERP的基本原理入手,以某一中小型离散制造企业为原型,通过对企业需求做详细调研,找到企业需求与ERP结合的切入点,制定ERP项目的解决方案和实施计划,以期对企业提高生产效率、节约劳动成本提供借鉴。The products of discrete manufacturing enterprises are often assembled by a series of discrete processes.The production mode and production process are relatively complicated by order design.this paper starts with expounding the basic principles of ERP,takes a small-medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprise as the prototype.through the detailed investigating into enterprise demand,finding the integrating point between enterprise demand and ERP,the interrelating solution and implementation plan of ERP project are formulated,which provides with blueprint for enterprises to improve production efficiency and save labor cost.
