摘  要:用供给侧改革思维,从人才"供给"层面分析港口机械与自动控制专业人才培养所面临的困境。以"港口起重机械与维修"课程为例,立足"需求侧",从产业发展和企业需求出发,通过岗位能力分析为基础的工作项目设计进行教学内容的重建、任务驱动下教师引导与学生自主学习的教学实施、过程性考核为主的教学评价,以供给侧项目化教学改革,提高人才供给的质量。With the supply side reform thinking,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the training of port machinery and automatic control professionals from the level of“supply”.The course of port machinery and maintenance“as an example,based on the”demand side,starting from the industrial development and the needs of the enterprise,through the post ability analysis work based project design teaching content,task driven reconstruction of teachers guidance and students autonomous learning teaching implementation process assessment based teaching evaluation.On the teaching reform of supply side projects,improve the quality of talent supply.
