摘  要:本研究主要利用叶绿素荧光仪测定低温下‘白鸡冠’F1代杂交创新种质叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线及其荧光参数的变化。结果发现,低温下新品系0306D的OJIP曲线的O点增加最大,而0306IO点增加最少;0306F的OJIP曲线中的P点降到最低。低温下新品系的0306F、0306D的相对荧光变量动力学曲线之差(ΔV_t、ΔW_K)变化较其它品系更为明显,低温下0306F、0306D的可变荧光下降比率曲线(Rfd)、可变荧光的衰减能力(ΔF_v)的曲线达到最低。低温下0306F、0306D的荧光参数RE_o/CS_o、PI_(tot),_(ABS)、IP phase、TR_o/RC、ET_o/RC、TR_o/CS_o、ET_o/CS_o、ET_o/ABS、RE_o/ABS、S_m、F_v/F_m较其它品系小,而热耗散相关参数DI_o/CS_o、DI_o/RC、DI_o/ABS、V_I、ABS/CS_o等较其他品系大。低温使得新品系0306F、0306D的PSII损伤较其它品系严重,导致整个电子传递链受阻严重,并且通过增强能耗散减少细胞结构伤害。总之,白鸡冠F1代新品系0306F、0306D对低温更为敏感。Chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics of Baijiguan(Camellia.sinensis.cv.Baijiguan)F1 hybrids of different genotypes under low temperature were studied.The OJIP function of 0306D Line peaked at O,while those of 0306I valleyed at O and 0306Fat P.Under low temperature,the differences on the relative fluorescence variables,ΔV t andΔW K,were more apparent between 0306F and 0306D than between other lines;and,the variable fluorescence decline ratio(Rfd)and damping capacity(ΔF v)were at their lowest levels for the two hydrids.The parameterson them,such as RE o/CS o,PI tot,ABS,IP phase,TR o/RC,ET o/RC,TR o/CS o,ET o/CS o,ET o/ABS,RE o/ABS and S m,F v/F m,were smaller,but DI o/CS o,DI o/RC,DI o/ABS,V I,ABS/CS o and other heat dissipation indicators greater,than those of other lines.Low temperature also caused severe PSII damages to them resulting in serious suffocation on the entire electron transport chain for which the plants had to uplift energy dissipation to mitigate cellular structure disruption.Consequently,0306F and 0306D were more prone to low temperature injury than the other Baijiguan F1lines.
