摘 要:中国传统外语教学过分强调语言本身,注重学生的语音、词汇语法的练习和掌握,重视教师和学生的语言交际能力的培养而忽视教师课堂上的非语言交际能力的使用。非语言交际在人际交往中占据着重要的位置,在教师教学活动中,非语言交际在表达情感、体现心理状态以及提高课堂学习效率等方面起着不可替代的作用。People favor the study of verbal communication,but non-verbal communication research has not attracted enough attention.Chinese traditional foreign language teaching also overemphasizes the language itself,pays attention to the practice and mastery of students’pronunciation,vocabulary and grammar and neglects the use of nonverbal communicative competence in classrooms.However,the research shows that in communicative activities,verbal communication accounts for only about 30%of the total communicative behavior and non-verbal communication accounts for 75%.Non-verbal communication often occupies an important position in interpersonal communication.In the teaching activities,nonverbal language plays an irreplaceable role in expressing emotion,reflecting psychological status,and improving the efficiency of classroom learning.This text will make a brief analysis on the use of nonverbal communication in foreign language teaching,hoping to arouse people's attention to nonverbal communication in foreign language teaching and to improve our foreign language teaching.
