摘　　要：以2,5-二甲基吡嗪和高锰酸钾为原料,经一步氧化得到5-甲基吡嗪-2-羧酸,收率80.4%。考察了物料配比、加料方式、反应温度、pH值等因素对反应的影响。目标产物经熔点、1HNMR进行结构确认。目标化合物经一次重结晶纯度可达99.5%以上。5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylic acid was synthesized from 2,5-dimethylpyrazine and potassium permanganate via oxidation reaction with an overall yield of 80.4%.The factors on the reaction,such as molar ratio of reactant,the way of adding reagents,reaction temperature and the value of pH had been investigated.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by melting point measurements and 1HNMR.The purity of the target compound can reach more than 99.5%by one recrystallization.
