摘  要:目的:研究功能性电刺激结合减重训练对痉挛型双瘫脑性瘫痪患儿下肢运动功能障碍的疗效观察。方法:痉挛型双瘫脑性瘫痪患儿40例,设计随机对照研究,随机分为观察组(20例)和对照组(20例),两组均进行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上实施功能性电刺激结合减重平板训练。两组患儿均在治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后采用关节活动度评定、粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)之D区(站立)、E区(走跑跳)评定和步态分析。结果:两组患儿治疗4周、8周后,踝背屈角度增加、GMFM的D区和E区评分提高、步态较前改善,与各自治疗前相比,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),观察组各项观察指标均优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能性电刺激结合减重平板训练能增加痉挛型双瘫脑瘫患儿踝背屈角度,提高下肢运动功能。Objective:To study the effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with weight loss training on lower limb motor dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:40 cases of spastic diplegia cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).Two groups were accepted routine rehabilitation training.On this basis the observation group were still implemented functional electrical stimulation combined with partial body weight support training.2 groups of children were used joint mobility assessment,gross motor function scale(GMFM-88)of the D area(standing),E area(walk run jump)assessment and gait analysis before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:After treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks,ankle dorsal flexion angle in both groups were increased;the GMFM D and e scores were improved;and gait were improved,compared with their respective before treatment.The differences were significant(P<0.05).The observation indexes in observed groups were better than in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Functional electrical stimulation combined with weight loss training can increase ankle dorsal flexion angle and improve lower limb motor function in spastic cerebral palsy children with spastic cerebral palsy.
