从痰湿论治真性眩晕后残余症状

摘　　要：眩晕是因人体自身的空间定向和平衡功能失调,所产生的一种以人体对空间的定向感觉和平衡功能障碍为主的主观症状,是一种自身或外界的运动性幻觉,患者主观感觉自身或外物呈旋转摆动、直线运动、倾斜升降或头重脚轻等不稳感觉,可伴有眼球震颤,定向倾倒,错定物位,行走不稳,恶心,呕吐,面色苍白,出汗,血压下降甚至休克,本症治疗极为棘手,尤其患者真性眩晕后残余症状,严重影响患者工作学习和生活。在临床上针对真性眩晕后头昏沉不清残余症状,通过临床观察,患者痰湿上蒙较多,且应用中西医药及针灸联合治疗,取得了较好的疗效,现简要介绍如下。Vertigo is due to the dysfunction of the body’s own spatial orientation and balance,it is a feeling with subjective symptoms in the body of dysfunction of space direction and balance and a kind of motor hallucination,the patient have subjective feeling or feel the external things are with sloped swings,linear motion,lifting or feel top-heavy and unstable,and it may be accompanied by nystagmus,wrong location,walking instability,nausea,vomiting,pale complexion,sweating,drop in blood pressure or shock,this disease is very difficult to treat,especially if patients suffer from residual symptoms after genuine vertigo,it will seriously affect the patients work,study and life.Clinically,the application of Chinese and western medicine and acupuncture combination therapy has obtained a good curative effect in treating genuine vertigo with residual symptoms through clinical observation and differentiating phlegm dampness,and the experience is briefly introduced as follows.
