针刺后迟发性出血肿胀1例

摘　　要：针灸疗法安全有效,但由于诸多因素的干扰,亦会出现皮下出血、血肿、晕针等意外情况。若发现及时处置得当,多数针灸意外常无严重后果;反之,若麻痹大意或处置失当,则会导致病情加重甚至致残致死等。本例患者在针刺后出现迟发性深部出血,发现不及时,贻误病情,导致肿势严重,患者痛苦异常,后经治疗处理,逐渐恢复。现对此患者的治疗情况及意外发生过程、处置过程予以报道,并探讨如何避免此类针灸意外的发生。Acupuncture and moxibustion are safe and effective.But due to the interference of many factors,there will be some unexpected cases,such as subcutaneous hemorrhage,hematoma,fainting and so on.If unexpected cases were found timely and disposed properly,accidents often have no serious consequences.On the contrary,if unexpected cases were ignored or mismanaged,it will lead to aggravating conditions and even disabled and death.The patient appeared late-onset deep bleeding after acupuncture,with late discovery,delaying the condition,resulting in serious swelling,suffering from pain,and was gradually recovered after treatment.The therapic condition,the process of accident and disposal of the patient were reported,and how to avoid the accident from acupuncture and moxibustion was discussed.
