摘　　要：脂筏标记蛋白flotillin-1属于SPFH(stomatin/prohibitin/flotillin/Hfl K/C)蛋白家族,并广泛参与细胞膜信号传导和细胞膜物质转运等细胞活动,从1997年首次发现到现在已20年。越来越多的研究发现flotillin-1蛋白在许多人类疾病的发生与发展中起着重要的作用。本文主要从flotillin-1蛋白与多种癌症(乳腺癌、肝癌、肺癌、食管鳞状癌,结肠癌等)关系的角度,就近年来的相关文献进行综述,以期推动flotillin-1蛋白在疾病中的研究和潜在应用。Flotillin-1,a lipid raft marker protein,belongs to the stomatin/prohibitin/flotillin/HflK/C family and participates in various cellular activities including signal transduction and material transportation of cell membrane.It has been 20 years since it was identified for the first time in 1997.In recent years,more and more studies have revealed that flotillin-1 plays a critical role in the development and progression of various human diseases.This article reviews related articles in recent years from the perspective of the association of flotillin-1 with cancer(breast cancer,liver cancer,lung cancer,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,colon cancer,etc.),in order to promote the research on flotillin-1 and its application in diseases.
