慢性中耳炎好转评价量表的汉化及其信效度验证

摘　　要：目的验证中文版慢性中耳炎好转评价量表(Chronic Otitis Media Benefit Inventory,COMBI)的信效度。方法遵循比利斯林原则,对COMBI进行翻译及文化调适;应用汉化后的量表对144例慢性中耳炎患者进行调查。结果中文版COMBI量表各条目的内容效度指数0.875~1.000,量表总内容效度为0.938;通过探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为76.3%;各因子之间的相关系数0.498~0.583,因子与总分的相关系数在0.733~0.802;量表的总Cronbach′sα系数为0.886,重测系数0.693。结论中文版COMBI量表具有较高的信效度,可以作为动态评价我国慢性中耳炎患者疾病影响情况的工具。Objective To validate the Chinese version of Chronic Otitis Media Benefit Inventory(COMBI).Methods Following the Brislin′s backward translation method,the COMBI was translated and culturally adapted into the simplified Chinese.Then,144 patients with chronic otitis media were invited to complete the inventory.Results The item content validity index was between 0.875 and 1.000,and the scale CVI was 0.938.Four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,accounting for 76.3%of the total variance.The correlation coefficients between factors ranged from 0.498 to 0.583,and factor-total correlation coefficients were between 0.733 and 0.802.The total Cronbach′s alpha coefficient was 0.886 and test-retest reliability was 0.693.Conclusion The Chinese version of COMBI has a high reliability and validity and can be used to dynamically evaluate the impact of chronic otitis media in Chinese patients.
