探索思维导图在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：探索思维导图在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训(住培)教学中的应用,以提高住培教学工作效率。2015年12月至2017年10月期间,解放军总医院麻醉手术中心对住院医师进行了3次思维导图专题授课,为住院医师分配不同专题,并根据麻醉章节进行思维导图制作。通过一年多的努力,已建成一个知识网络,可以相互链接,实现资源共享,为住院医师学习节省大量时间;轮转医师流动性大,学习不系统,通过思维导图进行课程设计,使轮转医师在短暂的一个月时间内学有所获;应用思维导图改善师资教学能力,提高住培工作的管理效率;对新入职的住院医师进行岗前培训,锻炼其快速整理知识的能力、表达能力,提高学习效率。思维导图是一种新的思维模式,通过鼓励住院医师制作思维导图建立知识架构,提高住院医师的学习效率,培养正确的临床思维,同时带教老师也可以在教学过程中不断提高师资教学水平,做好教学传承,从而促进麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的不断发展。This study aims to explore the application of mind mapping in the teaching of standardized residency training for anesthetists,in order to improve teaching efficiency.During December 2015 to October 2017,the Anesthesia and Operation Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital had conducted three lectures for residents on mind mapping.The lectures focused on different topics,and conducted mind mapping according to anesthesia chapters.After more than one years’efforts,we had built a knowledge network featured by interlink and resource sharing,which saved a lot of learning time for residents.As is well known,residents in rotations are unfixed and lack systematic learning.So using mind mapping to design curriculums for rotational residents could help them gain some knowledge in one month.The applications of mind mapping could improve teaching abilities and enhance residents’management efficiency.Moreover,pre-job training for new residents assisted their competence in quick organization of their knowledge and expression,which led to improving their learning efficiency.Mind mapping is a new mode of thinking.It could promote the learning efficiency and cultivate correct clinical thinking by encouraging residents to create mind maps and build up knowledge framework.Meanwhile,teachers are supposed to improve their teaching abilities and optimize teaching inheritance,in order to promote the development of standardized residency training for anesthesia residents.
