图书馆慕课平台嵌入住院医师规范化培训的研究

摘　　要：探索图书馆将慕课与现行的住院医师规范化培训传统教育模式进行有机结合,助力毕业后医学教育的教学改革。以各医学院校图书馆为主要执行部门,整合区域内所有医学院校的优秀教师资源与精品课程资源,建设起住培基地慕课平台,承担区域内各住院医师规范化培训基地的大部分授课任务。针对如何通过医学院校图书馆将慕课平台引入住院医师规范化培训提出策略。如:参与开发慕课课程、开发慕课论坛、图书馆慕课管理、构建慕课数据库。将慕课方式应用于住院医师规范化培训的教学授课,是一项可行的教育模式。The purpose of this study is to explore the combination of MOOC and the traditional education mode of current standardized residency training program in library,which will contribute to the teaching reform of graduate medical education.The library,served as the primary executive department,should integrate all the resources including excellent teachers and courses from medical school,construct the platform of MOOC for standardized residency training,and undertake the teaching task at the training base.We provide some possible strategies on how to introduce the platform of MOOC into standardized residency training through library,such as participating in the development of MOOC,initiating MOOC forum,engaging in MOOC management,and constructing MOOC database.It is suggested that applying MOOC to standardized residency training would be a feasible educational mode in standardized residency training.
