摘 要:针对传统螺杆切削加工在成本和精度方面存在的问题,结合当前的仿真技术,提出一种基于Open GL的螺杆车削加工仿真模拟系统。为实现该系统,在对整体框架进行构建的基础上,采用单元体完成对螺杆毛坯的构造,同时通过齐次坐标变换的方式,完成对仿真系统的缩放、平移和旋转,在加工方面,结合螺杆数学模型,采用去除材料算法完成对毛坯的切削,同时采用残余高度法完成对刀具的控制。最后,通过搭建整体流程,并通过C#编程语言完成对该仿真系统的实现,并通过试验验证了上述模拟的可行性。In view of the problems existing in the cost and accuracy of traditional screw cutting machining,combined with the current simulation technology,a screw turning machining simulation system based on OpenGL is proposed.In order to realize this system,on the basis of constructing the overall framework,the unit body is used to complete the construction of the screw blank,and at the same time,the zooming,translation and rotation of the simulation system are completed by means of homogeneous coordinate transformation.In terms of processing,combined with the mathematical model of the screw,the material removal algorithm is used to complete the blank cutting,and the residual height method is used to complete the control of the tool.By building the overall process,C#programming language is used to implement the simulation system.The test verifies the feasibility of the above simulation.
