摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展,互联网食品经营规模不断壮大,由于互联网食品信息复杂且海量,对监管执法提出新挑战。本文从互联网平台食品外卖的食品安全问题入手,分析上海市互联网食品的现状和存在的安全与卫生问题,重点介绍通过对互联网食品经营数据的采集、分析、挖掘等方法,提升监管执法的效率及能力。In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the scale of Internet food operations has grown continually,and due to the complex and massive food information on the Internet,new challenges have arisen for regulatory enforcement.This article describes how to improve the effectiveness of regulatory enforcement by collecting,analyzing,and excavating Internet food business data.
