药物自我处置训练配合信息化随访对控制精神分裂症患者复发率的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者在服药后药物自我处置训练结合定期电话随访情况下,患者病情恢复以及后期复发率情况。方法选取我院收治的60例精神分裂症患者,经过我院伦理委员会批准,按照随机数字法随机平均分成观察组和对照组,在我院治愈出院后对两组患者进行调查分析。观察组采用药物自我处置训练配合定期电话随访,进行心理沟通,期限为1年;对照组不给予药物治疗,仅进行电话随访。分别在入组时、3个月、6个月、1年时评价两组之间的阴性、阳性症状评量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、康复状态量表(MRSS)。结果随访结束后,分析两组PANSS,观察组效果要好于对照组;对比社会功能筛选量表,观察组要比对照组下降明显;观察组的康复状态量表(MRSS)要明显低于对照组;每组数据之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物自我处置训练配合信息化随访对控制精神分裂患者复发率具有积极作用,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To explore the recovery of patients with schizophrenia and the postoperative recurrence rate of patients after post-medication drug self disposal training combined with regular telephone follow-up.Methods Sixty schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method after the approval of the ethics committee of our hospital.After the patients were cured and discharged,the patients of two groups were investigated and analyzed.The observation group was treated with self medication training and regular telephone follow-up,psychological communication lasted for 1 years.The control group was not given a drug treatment,and only telephone follow-up.At the time of admission,3 months,6 months and 1 years,the negative and positive symptom scale(PANSS),the social disability screening scale(SDSS)and the rehabilitation scale(MRSS)between the two groups were evaluated.Results By the end of follow-up,the PANSS of the observation group was better than that of control group;The SDSS of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group;The rehabilitation status scale(MRSS)of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group;There was significant difference between each group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug self disposal training combined with information follow-up have positive effects on the recurrence rate of patients with schizophrenia,and worth to further clinical study.
