摘  要:目的比较生物陶瓷iRoot BP plus和无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)在未成年患者根尖孔未闭合患牙形成根尖屏障中的效果。方法选取我院于2016年1月~2017年12月收治的根尖孔未闭合未成年患者68例,观察组采用生物陶瓷iRoot BP plus充填于根尖孔和根管下段,对照组采用MTA充填于根尖孔和根管下段,对两组的治疗效果及根管下段充填操作时间进行比较。结果两组的治疗有效率比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者根管1/3充填操作时间明显少于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对根尖孔未闭合未成年患者应用生物陶瓷iRoot BP plus的治疗效果和MTA相当,不过生物陶瓷iRoot BP plus的操作时间较短。Objective To compare the effect of bioceramic iRoot BP plus and inorganic three oxide polymer(MTA)on the formation of the root tip barrier in the unclosed teeth of the apical orifice of the underage patients.Methods 68 cases of unclosed underage patients with apical orifice in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.The observation group was filled with bioceramic iRoot BP plus in the apical hole and the inferior root canal.The control group was filled with MTA in the apex hole and the inferior root canal.The treatment effect of the two groups and the operation time of the root canal filling were compared.Results there was no significant difference in the effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and the time of 1/3 filling operation in the root canal of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bioceramics iRoot BP plus for the unclosed underage patients with apical pores is similar to that of MTA,but the operation time of iRoot BP plus is shorter.
